Package #1: Civil Ceremony, Drinks and Canapés in the Hall

Guide price includes: Civil Ceremony in Hall we can accommodate up to 60 persons. Includes fresh flowers in ceremony room and a glass of champagne for each guest. (Further drinks and canapés additional). Also Includes: use of the beautiful ‘Walcot room’ with an en-suite bathroom for the bride to change. Use of Grand Hall for Photographs. Includes wedding planner book.

Guide Price for 2008-2010 : £1200.
Ceremony ONLY : £799.

Package #2: Ceremony and Reception

Guide Price Includes: Civil Ceremony in Hall. We can accommodate 60 persons for a civil ceremony. Also Includes: use of the beautiful ‘Walcot room’ with an en-suite bathroom for the bride to change. Use of Grand Hall for Photographs. Use of fountain terrace for canapé and champagne reception. Use of land to site marquee (marquee additional and can accommodate up to 180 persons). Includes wedding planner book.

Guide Price for 2008-2010 : £2495.

Package #3: Reception Only

Guide price includes: Use of fountain terrace and land to site marquee (marquee additional and can accommodate up to 180 persons). Also includes: use of the beautiful ‘Walcot room’ with en-suite bathroom for the bride to change. Use of Grand Hall for Photographs. Includes wedding planner book.

Guide Price for 2008-2010 : £1,795.

Package #4: Up to 50 Persons in the Hall

Guide price includes: Civil Ceremony, drinks reception on fountain terrace (weather permitting) otherwise drinks reception to be held in conservatory and staircase hall. Followed by sit down or buffet wedding breakfast (food and drink additional) in the Dining room. Also includes use of Grand Hall for photographs and the bride may use "Walcot Room" with en-suite bathroom to change. Includes wedding planner book.

Guide Price for 2008-2010 : £2,799.

Marquee Hire

Up to 60 people includes lining, table, chairs, hard flooring and carpet, dance floor, chandelier and loos starting at £1,750.
Includes same as above 61-120 people prices start at £2,800.
Includes same as above 121-180 people prices start at £3,950.
With all marquee packages generators need to be hired in, they can be hired for approximately £250.

Corkage

You may bring your own wine and champagne to Walcot Hall however corkage at £5 will be charged per bottle. All other drinks including spirits, beer, mixes and soft drinks may be purchased through our nominated caterer. We can also organize a pay bar with one of our suppliers.

Catering

Please refer to our website or request menus from our preferred supplier list. Crockery, linens, cutlery glassware, serving staff and kitchen equipment are all included in the prices quoted.

Wedding Coordinating

Wedding Coordinating for your special day is available at £350 a day and will include a designated transport manager who will oversee any transport details, look after elderly or disabled guest’s needs and basically troubleshoot if needed - so you are free to just, simply enjoy your day. Also a full itinerary of the day will be provided and one of Walcot Hall’s staff designated to insure everything is run on time and take delivery of anything such as drinks, the cake, flowers, and balloons etc on your behalf on your big day. We can also dress the ceremony room, dress the chairs in the marquee and help with any referrals you may need of brilliant local suppliers.
