We only have twelve weddings a year. Prices are for exclusive use of Walcot Hall for the day.

All prices quoted are for weekends, Bank Holidays, Valentines Day, or anytime during December. Less expensive rates may apply during the week.

“On-The-Day” Wedding Co-ordination
Ensures your day runs smoothly and to time, leaving you and your guests free to enjoy yourselves.

Co-ordination of external suppliers including site visits and delivery/collection scheduling
Preferential Parking for Wedding Party and suppliers
Provision of detailed Itinerary
Customised Marquee Layout and Seating Plan

Corkage

You may bring your own alcohol and soft drinks to Walcot Hall, however corkage at £6 will be charged per bottle of wine, champagne or spirits. We can organize a pay bar with one of our suppliers for approximately £100. Soft drinks are exempt from any corkage charges.
